Super User
If your requirement is for 1 User only and you don’t have a specific requirement of restricting the user to access any feature of the Software, then you should go with Super User as this will serve as a default User, this user will have all the rights & roles. Remember The number of Super User will be 1 only.
Q. What if at later Stage I need add the User?
A. You can buy the any number of Operational User(s) and Super User will assigned the rights to the user.
Q. If Super User delegates all the rights to Operational User then it will serve as a Super User as well?
A. From feature point of view after gaining all the rights Operational User can operate same like Super User still Operation User (with all the rights) can’t delegating the rights and roles to any other User.
Super User along with Operational User
If you have a specific requirement to restrict the user to access any feature of the Software, then you should buy Super User along with Operational User(s), in this feature the Super User delegates the rights to Operational User(s) accordingly.
Viewing User
If there is a business need to provide only Viewing access to User then this type of User best to opt. This kind of User is allowed to view the features of the software.
Q. What is the use of this kind of User?
A. If you have member(s) in the Management who wants to see the report(s) or any specific feature only and you don’t want to give them the rights to edit then this type of user is best to buy.
Q. If we give only Viewing right(s) to operational User then Operational User will become Viewing User?
A. Yes, Super User can do that depend on circumstances or need.
Auditor User
This user is based on hours and can be given to Auditors at the time of start of your Audit
Q. What kind of rights best suitable for the Auditor?
A. Itdepends what Auditor wants to verify and view, based on Auditor requirements the rights should be provided to the Auditors User.
Q. If Auditors decide to view the software only then is it better to provide View User instead of Auditor User so that we can save the money?
A. It’s all depend on the Super User, as Logs maintains of each user and can be tracked accordingly, therefore it’s up to the Super User to decide whether to buy Auditor User or provided with View User.
